About   U Create Art Brisbane

At U Create we aim to make a difference by inspiring you, nurturing your creativity and providing the tools and ideas to spark your imagination. With visual art programs, creative workshops, art and craft classes, parties, events and arts education we aim to offer something for everyone.

Owner and founder of U Create, Karen Bessell is a ball of energy and ideas, ensuring the melting pot of creativity is constantly boiling over and every week is different!

Karen is the President of The Gap She Shed A fun social group to bring together the Gap community of young women, retirees, new mum's and everyone in between. The U Create Studio is used for the Arts and Crafts workshops.

At U Create we want to unlock your natural curiosity, allow you to explore, play and engage on a journey of self-discovery and creative exploration. We advocate cross generational learning so you'll find adults and kids art classes in Brisbane to suit all ages from pre-school to over 50's, as well as the option for private art functions.

The U Create Art Studio is located in the leafy Gap suburb, 10km from Brisbane CBD. The studio is located in the Basement at The Gap Baptist Church (Next to 7/11). It's a lovely light, air-conditioned studio with parking, all ability access and a courtyard garden making it the perfect place to learn, laugh, share and let the creativity flow.

U Create is passionate about engaging with the community offering community workshops, painting murals, supporting P & C school fundraising and community events. If you have an event coming up why not let us know and see if we can support you.
