U Create Club
U Create After school Art Club is the flagship program supports and enriches the primary school Visual Arts curriculum in a fun, engaging, and inspiring way. Each term, we explore the seven elements of art — Line, Shape, Form, Texture, Value, Space, and Colour — through hands-on, teacher-led projects designed around exciting term themes.
Students work with a wide variety of techniques, materials, and mediums, discovering the building blocks of great art while developing creativity and confidence along the way.
While each class follows the same guided lesson, every young artist is encouraged to personalise their artwork, make creative choices, and tell their own story — whether that’s through colour, detail, or imagination.

U Just Draw
Unlike traditional art classes, Just Draw focuses purely on developing drawing skills and techniques. It’s a space where kids can choose their own subjects, explore different materials, and be guided by professional teachers who help them refine their work, build confidence, and push their creative limits.
At U Create Art Studio, we believe that every great artist starts with curiosity — and grows through practice. Developing skill takes time, patience, and a willingness to explore new techniques. Through guided instruction and hands-on experience, students learn how to observe, refine, and build upon their abilities week by week. We introduce a variety of materials, tools, and artistic methods to stretch their confidence and creativity, helping them discover what works for them. Each pencil mark adds to their progress, showing that with practice and perseverance, creativity becomes skill — and skill becomes art.
Our studio is fully equipped with drawing boards, professional-quality papers, pencils, graphite, pens, charcoal, and Japanese ink. We also provide 8 iPads for visual research (students are welcome to bring their own device to use).

Teen Art
The U Create Teen Art Club is a safe, welcoming space for high school students aged 12+ to hang out, make friends, and get creative. It’s all about art for wellbeing — a place to decompress, destress, and express through art..... because creativity is the best kind of self-care.
Students work on self-directed projects at their own pace — from school art assignments and design projects to personal paintings, crafts, or clay builds. There’s no set curriculum, no pressure, and no grades — just the freedom to create, explore, and enjoy.
Each week offers time for experimentation, self-expression, and skill development. Some artworks may evolve over several weeks as students learn new materials, techniques, and creative problem-solving. For those building an art portfolio, Karen provides mentoring and guidance, while others simply come to create for fun and connection.
This is a relaxed, supportive environment — where earbuds, snacks, and laughter are welcome, and everyone belongs.
At U Create Art Studio, students get the chance to showcase and sell their work at local art markets and events like the Gap Creative Open Studios — gaining confidence, experience, and the first steps toward becoming young professional artists.
